Brew News
by Brewer Harry

March is here!  We’ve got a lot planned.
First on the schedule is our Captain O’s Stout and Oyster event, featuring several mouth-watering stout variations and oysters for a buck-a-shuck!

March is also the month that Harry and Ray brew our Oktoberfest. This allows for the long cellaring and maturation required to really do this lager justice. However, we usually can’t help but sneak a little out early, so keep an eye out in the coming months for some Early Märzen.

Perhaps you saw that our Monocacy hop featured in the news again this year.  Have you been out to try any of this season’s beers brewed with this uniquely Maryland ingredient?  While Stake The Farm is sadly gone, Catoctin Heritage Cream Ale and Catoctin Heritage Vienna Lager and are both pouring now and satisfying curious beer drinkers!  Crowlers to go are available for purchase while supplies last!

And don’t worry, friends.  Jimmy Nelly’s Irish Redis in the tank conditioning now for Saint Patrick’s Day!  Cheers!
