5.4% abv / 20 ibu Perhaps the favorite of last year’s Catoctin Heritage series, our Vienna Lager returns!  While the recipe remains unchanged, we think that the 2023 Monocacy hop harvest is a little more assertive and complex than the 2022 harvest. And once again, this hop plays exceptionally well with local Vienna malt!  Notes of toasty biscuity maltiness pair wonderfully with a spicy earthy hop character. Malts used: Bear Branch Vienna, Chesapeake Pils, Bear Branch Munich Dark Hops used:  UMD Monocacy (2023)

American Robust Porter with Maryland Cascade hops, Zeus hops, black patent malt, chocolate malt and Chico yeast. The dark chocolate and molasses nose is complimented by a slight hop fruitiness creating a comforting and complex finish with a touch of sweetness. 5.5% ABV, 40 IBUs

Fuzz In The Street is a wild red ale brewed in November of 2018 with 100% locally grown and malted barley, wheat, and oats.  This was then lightly hopped with aged chinook grown right here at Stillpoint Farm. This red ale was fermented and lightly aged in a foeder with native yeasts from local peaches and nectarines before being moved to a red wine barrel for further aging. This is a complex sour ale, with multiple layers that unfold further and reward each sip. 6% ABV Brewed November 29, 2018

Dry Irish Stout with Maryland Cascade hops, roasted barley, flaked barley and Chico yeast. This traditional Dry Stout has notes of coffee and dark chocolate with low hop bitterness and a smooth and dry finish. 4.5% ABV, 40 IBUs

India Pale Ale with Maryland Cascade hops and Chico yeast. This IPA features an earthy nose and huge malt backbone that is balanced with the citrus and spice of the hop bitterness that lingers to a dry finish. 7.2% ABV, 60 IBUs

English Style Bitter with Maryland Cascade hops, Carroll County wild flower honey and Chico yeast. Traditional English Style bitter with a delicate hop balance of earth and spice. 4.2% ABV, 40 IBUs
