We look forward to partnering with Inspiration Acres in Middletown to provide fresh, locally grown mushrooms. The folks at Inspiration Acres are passionate about the health and wellbeing of the earth and its people. They are producing Oyster and Lions Mane mushrooms that are grown on sterilized substrate so are dirt free and ready to use.
This month will also see the beginnings of spring produce. Our radishes, asparagus, and spring onions are just beginning to emerge. Look for posts about current availability.
The Stillpoint Farm Mercantile is located adjacent to the Milkhouse Brewery Taproom.
